Ear Pressing the Karnapidasana
Karnapidasana is a unique yoga pose which helps to improve strength, flexibility and even aids in relaxation. It works out the whole body, especially the spine, neck and arms. Also known as Ear Pressure Pose, it is a fairly simple posture which involves lying down on the floor and then stretching the arms so that the forehead, chin and chest are pressed against the floor. It helps to relieve pressure on the ears and also promotes good blood circulation. Practicing this pose regularly can help to relieve mental stress and physical tension, improve focus, balance and posture, and even prepare the body for other asanas.
