Revolved Side Angle the Parivrtta Parsvakonasana
Revolved Side Angle, or Parivrtta Parsvakonasana, is a challenging yoga pose that offers multiple benefits. It is an important part of building strength in the legs and core, along with the back and chest muscles. The pose strengthens the hips and core and increases the mobility of the spine while also helping to reduce stress and increase focus. It also helps to improve posture, reshape the body, and boost the immune system. To do the pose, start in a standing position with feet parallel. Draw the right bent knee toward the chest and place the right foot outside and in line with the left thigh. Twist your torso to the right and take your arms in a bind above the head while looking ahead. Breathe deeply and slowly and be mindful of any tension in the body. This pose can help improve flexibility, strength, and the overall health of the body.
