Wild Thing the Camatkarasana

Wild Thing, the Camatkarasana, is an exhilarating yoga pose that comes with a whole host of unique and exciting benefits. It's an active backbend pose that encourages flexibility and strength, opening the chest and hips, and calming the mind. It is also thought to stimulate the Anahata Chakra, or Heart Chakra, heightening emotional awareness and helping to bring balance to the mind and body.
