Baby Crow the Bala Kakasana
Baby Crow, also known as Bala Kakasana requires no equipment and is a great way to strengthen your arms and upper body. This exercise is beneficial for all stages of yoga practitioners, and is done by going down onto the hands to a mini-plank position and then back up, using only your arms and core strength.
