Eagle the Garudasana
The Eagle, or Garudasana, is a yoga pose with numerous advantages and distinctive qualities. It helps to improve blood circulation, strengthen the legs, arms, shoulders, and back, and provide an overall feeling of well-being. It also helps to improve balance and stability, and helps create a greater connection between the mind and body. Additionally, it helps to open up the chest, neck, and shoulder muscles, increasing flexibility and range of motion. Since it is an intense pose, it should be practiced only under the guidance of an experienced instructor, or with a proper understanding of the body and its limits.
