Five Pointed Star the Utthita Tadasana
Five-Pointed Star pose, also known as Utthita Tadasana, is an effective yoga posture. This pose helps to strengthen one's back, thighs, and shoulders while increasing agility, coordination, and concentration. Additionally, it also helps to reduce stress and improve posture. This pose used to be associated mainly with spiritual practices, but it can now be used benefit one's physical health too.
